Come learn about poolishes, baking soda baths, kneading, proofing, and shaping, with a little Jewish and German history of the breads.

Class will last 2.5 hours and participants will leave with fresh baked bread and their own ready-to-bake product and recipe. Classes begin 5 PM onTuesdays.
