Class Reservation - spots are limited for this hands-on experience. Receipt guarantees you a place in class.

Come learn about poolishes, baking soda baths, kneading, proofing, and shaping, with a little Jewish and German history of the breads.

Class will last 2.5 hours and participants will leave with a big box full of fresh baked bread (retail value $45) and their own ready-to-bake product and recipe. Class begins at 5 PM on Monday, March 10, 2024 at the Bakery at 719 Main Street, Paris, KY 40361.
