Learn to mix, fold, shape, and bake a sourdough loaf from start to finish. Introductory topics will include bread science tips like ingredient temperatures, dough textures, and optimizing your home oven.

Class will last 2.5 hours and participants will leave with fresh baked bread and their own ready-to-bake product and recipe. Classes begin 5 PM on Tuesdays.
